2.1 Appointments
- Appointments must be booked in advance
- 24-hour cancellation notice required
- Late arrivals may result in reduced service time
- No-shows may be charged a cancellation fee
2.2 Payment Terms
- Full payment is required at the time of service
- We accept major credit cards and cash
- Gift certificates are non-refundable
- Special promotions cannot be combined
3. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate health and medical information
- Follow pre and post-treatment care instructions
- Inform staff of any discomfort during services
- Maintain appropriate behavior and hygiene
- Supervise any accompanying minors
4. Health & Safety
We prioritize the health and safety of our clients. Please note:
- Inform us of any allergies or medical conditions
- Patch tests are required for certain treatments
- We reserve the right to refuse service based on health concerns
- Our facilities are regularly sanitized and maintained
5. Liability
R Beauty shall not be liable for:
- Adverse reactions due to undisclosed medical conditions
- Loss or damage to personal belongings
- Results that differ from client expectations
- Injuries resulting from improper use of facilities
6. Intellectual Property
All content, including but not limited to:
- Website design and content
- Logo and branding materials
- Marketing materials and images
- Service descriptions and methodologies
are the exclusive property of R Beauty and protected by copyright laws.
7. Privacy & Data
We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to:
- Collection of personal and booking information
- Communication regarding appointments and services
- Marketing communications (with consent)
- Secure storage of your data
8. Modifications
R Beauty reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
